About this deal

photos maximum, each photo's size should be less than 10MB (bmp, jpg, png, gif, and jpeg are supported) HUAWEI B818 gives you uninterrupted Internet access thanks to the combination of a mobile network and an Ethernet connection.Get access to fast internet using Wi-Fi or a network cable. You can also create your own local network. After yesterdays IP change I was able to setup up a ping monitor, you can see my automated speed tests. There's certainly a menu item there with a switch to turn Bridge mode on or off, so I would assume it would work OK. I think my key confusion is carrier aggregation, cause my online search suggests the default ee 4g+ is limited to 2-3, I was wondering if this Huawei device would boost it 25-75%.

Huawei B818 is the world's first LTE Cat19 CPE powered by HiSilicon's latest chipset Balong 765 and which will be available for large-scale commercial deployment. Huawei B818 supports up to 8x8 MIMO in the downlink, CA, and 256QAM to achieve a maximum theoretical downlink rate of over 1 Gbit/s. With this Huawei B818 WiFi router, WTTx(Wireless to the x) networks can provide user experience equivalent to optical fiber networks. Huawei B818 LTE router is now available for network provider Vodafone and got a new name " Vodafone GigaCube Cat19"(Huawei B818-260). It has another name Huawei 4G Router 3 Prime with the model number B818-263, which looks like the predecessor Huawei B618 router. youtube link for how to change (debrand??) the firmware on the B618 (SIX 18), so I'm guessing the B818 will be similar, but apparently firmwares are very hard to find for the B818. I won't be trying, not at the moment anyway. Vodafone Gigacube CAT19 is a new 4G LTE WiFi router offered since March 2019. The device is manufactured by Huawei and the model name is B818-260. The B818 is by far the newest and fastest LTE router in the Huawei product range, with LTE Cat19 delivering speeds of up to 1.6 gigabits per second. Vodafone sells the router as a Gigacube CAT19 as the successor to the previous “small” Gigacube Huawei B528 and thus offers customers a very powerful alternative to choose from. If you want to know the performance of Huawei B818, you may continue reading. Hey, that's brilliant! I'm actually really chuffed this has helped someone else out already. Perhaps I should do a separate 'how-to' / FAQ post. The Huawei B818 is Huawei’s first stationary LTE router capable of achieving speeds well above 1 Gbps in the LTE network. The device is positioned as a successor to the Huawei B618 and offers not only a very similar design but also comparable good equipment.

for band 3 to give 30+mbps is pretty good going, but not unexpected in a rural setting where mast loads are low. Experienceslow browsing speedswhen using Wi-Fi but normal speeds when connected using an Ethernet cable During the speed test I disconnected 2 small LTE antennas - the speed dropped drastically, after 2 seconds it increased, but it was already about 70% of the speed obtained with all 4 antennas.

My only minor issue is that I still have to fix band 3 using LTE H-Monitor. Left to its own devices, the router will sometimes switch to band 20 with a massive loss in performance, and nothing but a reboot will make it return to band 3. Designed with a sleek and compact form factor, the Huawei B818-263 can be easily placed in any desired location without occupying much space. It is also equipped with built-in antennas for optimal signal reception and transmission. To sign up for the activity, xxxxx energy will be taken from your account (current energy: xxxxxx). Continue? Short LTE antennas can be unplugged and can be connected to the network (but then we will not get MIMO 4x4) Produce a secure Wi-Fi hotspot connecting up to 64 devices with a powerful Wi-Fi coverage wherever you may be!

Huawei B818 was introduced two years ago but recently, Huawei supplied this new 4G wireless router to the market and some network providers. Huawei B818 4G router Prime has two variant models now: Huawei B818-260 and B818-263. The Huawei B818-263 is also named Huawei 4G Router 3 Prime. The Huawei B818-260 LTE Router supports 4 × 4 MIMO antenna technology as well as carrier aggregation (channel bundling). The following LTE frequency bands are available: B1, B3, B7, B8, B20, B28, B32, B38, B42. In the downlink, the maximum theoretical data rate could reach 1.6 GBit/s and up to 150 MBit/s in the uplink is possible. In my quest to upgrade the home network, I'm fine with buying a new Unifi switch, I have the 'business case' for more ports and PoE, so could easily match the U6-lite with a Switch-lite 16 port. Equally if there's some issue that requires a Unifi USG then I'm more than happy to add that too, I just cant see what would cause this issue? Obviously I can go round removing one HA device at a time and see if that does it, or conversely add them to the BT SH2 that is currently being used as the 'switch' for the B818 network, but that only has 4 ports so can't get all the devices on it. The unique HUAWEI B818 antenna provides high performance and helps in full coverage in many directions. And if the signal is too weak in your location, you can amplify it by adding two 3G/4G LTE external antennas. B818-263 and Three 4G - Kitz Experiments with a Huawei B818-263 and Three 4G - Kitz

Buona sera ho contattato in mio operatore che mi ha detto che non sbloccheranno il mio modem Huawei 818-263 perciò sono ancora vincolato con loro pensate che si possa trovare in rete questo On my B535 I had all sorts of issues when using the LAN/WAN port for my switch that didn't appear when using a LAN only port. I deduced (eventually) that this was because my B535 was trying to receive an internet connection from my switch rather than send the internet connection to the switch. This may be what you are seeing when experiencing an "all or nothing" connection. I read with interest that you can plug a telephone handset in to this as above, I'll probably be using Smarty/Three UK and on my phone get VoLTE symbol with Smarty so assume that it should work ok. Hoping to get SMS configured as well, so I can kind of use it as a family phone number, like the good old days. Just got one to try, getting a lot better speeds on 3 with it 90mb+ , due to the external antennas working, unlike the 5G 112-372 router.,which just dont work. I tried using another Rj11-Rj11 I found in the house but still no dial tone. Read that you need to make sure like you say the router can use 3G not just fixed on 4G.

Equipped with four Gigabit Ethernet ports, the Huawei B818-263 offers wired connections for devices requiring a stable and uninterrupted connection, such as gaming consoles or smart TVs. It also has two RJ11 telephone ports, allowing for Voice over IP (VoIP) calls. Upload video does not exceed 10M, supported formats are mp4, avi, wmv, mpeg, mov, mkv, flv, f4v, rmvb, rm, 3gp, dat, ts, mts, VOB I have just bought a shiny new Asus mesh system to improve the wireless signal in my house, and hooked it up to my B818-263. Everything is working really well, except I’m suffering from Double NAT. Both the Asus and Huawei are routing, so I need one to stop, preferably the Huawei. Maximum size for each attachment is 10MB (rar, jpg, zip, pdf, war, txt, docx, doc, png, mp3, mp4, xls, xlsx, gif, jpeg are supported).

Remember if you're using cellmapper to identify the bands available then as that data is crowdsourced there is a chance that no-one has been nearby recently to capture new data for any new bands that may have been added. Contributing data yourself is obviously the best way to add to the pool (android phone required) and potentially find new bands. The Huawei B818 router WLAN works on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz and, in addition to the standard network, also enables a guest network. Thanks to 3 × 3 MIMO antenna technology, speeds of around 1.3 GBit/s can be reached via WLAN. Although the Huawei B818 GigaCube Cat19 is the successor to the first generation GigaCube Huawei B528, the appearance of B818 looks more similar to the Huawei B618 Router. The Huawei B818 router is integrated with HiSilicon Balong V7R65 modem which supports LTE Cat19 with 256QAM, and up to 8 x 8 MIMO Antenna technology. As the sayings from Vodafone, the GigaCube Cat19 B818 supports speed up to 500Mbps, but theoretically with a suitably equipped LTE network, significantly higher speeds are possible. The mast and the bands deployed there are the first determing factors you need to know to say if a different device would improve things.

Using the B818

Blu3fire By all means try the antenna, but having been in your shoes somewhat, just use the remaining time to get a good provider. The Huawei B818-263 router is a high-speed wireless router that provides fast and reliable internet connectivity. Designed to meet the needs of both home and small business users, this router offers a range of features and capabilities. If it does not come out to the main band what you want try a few times and it should be 5G + LTE CA.
