Build quality is very solid, the TWS itself is very light and I don't feel any weight on my ears when I'm using the Capsule 3 Pro. Multipoint support is absent, which is a letdown. Fortunately, LDAC is supported, and so is the latest BT 5.3. For calls and voice notes, you certainly won't be rendered incoherent - if this is now the SoundPEATS default standard, then massive kudos for raising the bar - the difference between the Capsule3 Pro and Air3 Pro is like night and day.

The Active Noise Cancellation is completely satisfactory, considering the price range. Ambient noise, from street sounds to a babble of voices or indoor sound, is effectively reduced – not to the point of inaudibility, but in individual cases well below the “annoyance threshold”. The speech quality of the integrated microphones is also quite useful. This is where the transparency mode comes into its own because it is extremely pleasant to be able to hear yourself in the room when you are on the phone. How do the SoundPEATS Capsule3 Pro sound? Fortunately, in SoundPEATS Capsule3 Pro, Adaptive EQ does a good job of lowering the loud midrange and making it more consistent. The end tuning is actually similar to our custom EQ. When it comes to sound, this is the most straightforward model in SoundPEATS' line-up. It doesn't do anything particularly well, but nothing bad either. There's a slight focus on treble, with upfront vocals, and instruments that colour a bit brighter than average - but nowhere near the likes of the bright SoundPEATS Free2 Classic. Highs roll-off before they become harsh. Meanwhile, the mid-bass thumps provides modern music with enough power, and lower-mid tones are present enough to give the sound a bit of fullness.

That's where the white and silver model has come in and saved the day. Released in April 23, they look fantastic. If rose gold is a little too much for you, that's the model to go for! However, the Capsule3 Pro are tuned in a way you can’t do much about it. Or with other words, the app doesn’t give you the freedom to do so. More on that later. The detail they’re able to retrieve is about average for this price. Bass texture more subtle than you’ll find on the best wired IEMs at this price. Details in the middle and upper registers are a bit smoother; the powerful bass leads to bit less detail in the mids. Treble detail is better, however, thanks to its added volume.Big thanks to Ellen from Soundpeats for sending the Capsule 3 Pro over for the purpose of this review, All thoughts are of my own. The first time we tested the SoundPEATS Capsule3 Pro, we uttered an appreciative “wow” because the sound they deliver to the eardrums is dramatically and positively disproportionate to their price. Available for just fifty euros in some online shops, the Capsule3 Pro clearly sound like headphones from a much higher price category – especially when you activate the personalised sound adjustments, which elegantly compensate for slight unevenness in your hearing. On the other hand, the app is slow and takes a while to perform each operation. The custom EQ presets also turn off all DSP processing, so things sound even more compressed. The Adaptive EQ feature also boosts the bass too much for me, though this may vary based on individual tastes. The Soundpeats app offers some EQ presets. Comparisons vs Soundpeats Opera05 The part of the stem with the Soundpeats logo acts as a touch-sensitive panel to control various aspects of the IEMs. Touch accuracy is good, with accidental touches mostly prevented while adjusting the IEMs.

Since some parts of the sound are more boosted than others, the vocals sound uneven and thin—similarly, the instruments, where electric guitars can occasionally get overly distorted.

Sadly, there is no wireless charging support, but at this price, that’s not too big a deal. The case holds an extra 50 hours of charge. UX 96.3 ⓘ Call QualityThis is one area that matters to me on a professional level as I do many Zoom meetings and calls. Thankfully I have buddies that I can ask about how my voice comes across and I have only heard that my voice sounds clear and clean and natural. Of course, I don’t think these people are critically listening trying to spot weaknesses in the sound quality, but I haven’t heard anything negative. I ask my wife the same, and again the quality was very nice. This change of mind return policy is in addition to,
