About this deal

I've changed batteries, left then charging for hours, tried different strips of nails and different gas canisters etc but nothing seems to get it running. I have used Hitachi and paslode gas nailers and dewalt battery nailer, this far exceeds them all, very little kick back, good nail penetration unlike dewalt. I took the piston assembly off and connected the fan back up, pulled the switch and the fan blades twitched but didn't run, give it a flick and it goes quite happily. Thank you JobAndKnock for the recommendations and for all your assistance, it's greatly appreciated. Eventually I sent it back and it must have been faulty as the retailer sent it back to Hitachi for repair.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Framing is not something I usually do so almost laughed at the hanging hook at first, but it quickly proved to be a great feature and the perfect size, it can easily be swung out of the way in either direction (it can also be switched to the other side for left handed users. I'm considering the purchase of a Hitachi finishing nailer too, I shan't even look for at other brands. They mention that it takes all sizes of nails up to 90 mm no problems, and has room for a few nails.it was a decent nailer but not great, it really slips quite a bit and you end up having a lot of mis fires, around 20%.

I'll stop it down further and see if I can find anything, you don't have any advice on where to start looking do you? Safety features like the dry firing lockout and soft, non-slip rubber grip add to its appeal while the fold-away hook can be looped over joints for convenience. When I do that there's a bar that lowers and then the tip will depress by a cm or so and the gun will fire. It has tons of power, when I first switched from 50mm to 90mm nails I adjusted the dial to full power (seeing as 90mm is the largest nail it takes) but it buried the head about 25mm deep.Fat Llama is a peer-to-peer rental platform — we connect people who need stuff with people who have stuff. design is the ideal companion for repetitive use on jobs such as trim work, panelling, baseboards, moulding, cabinetry and much more.

I've just had another look, to check if something is stopping the top depressing as you have suggested and it's something to do with the mechanism that stops the nails falling out the magazine. g. if you book a rental for on Monday evening for Wednesday morning), then this cooling-off period does not apply. On Paslode guns they are notorious for blackening and giving a poor contact - which of course affects the fan. The driving power of the NR90GC2/J8 is truly outstanding, a whopping 90 Joules, whilst its fully sequential actuation type means it doesn't sacrifice speed for power.Brushless motors are much-heralded and with good reason, especially when it comes to nailers; you need powerful power tools that are durable and efficient without compromising on performance, which the NT1850DE and NT1865DM excel at. You can calculate your postage charge for Hitachi NR90GC2 Cordless Gas Framing Nail Gun before you checkout. The Hitachi NR90GC2/J8 Cordless Clipped Head Framing Nailer is at the forefront of cordless nailer technology and as such incorporates many features unmatched by its rivals.

The quick load rear access magazine is convenient, as is the two action nail feed - simply drop nails in and pull the feeder back. As if this wasn't enough the Hitachi NR90GC2/J8 also has an easy access fuel cell chamber and is amazingly easy to clean, so you can spend less time looking after your gun and more time using it.Occasionally if i depress the nose the fan will run very slowly and then stop, switched batteries to the original now charged and still the same. It is fitted with a quick load rear access magazine and a two action nail feed; simply drop in the nails and pull back the feeder. I use Paslode nails and gas because this is much easier to get than Hitachi's own brand consumables. Accepting a 50mm-90mm clipped head, 34° angle nail capacity, driving up to 1200 nails per fuel cell the Hitachi NR90GC2/J8 is extremely efficient and coupled with its quick load magazine and up to 37 nail magazine capacity, makes it the ideal tool for repetitive nail jobs.
